The Twoleg dump. Rogues live here and eat from the trash that gets thrown in there every week. Rats also infest the area with disease, so it is an extremely dangerous area. A tall metal fence surrounds the area, with a metal gate only openable by Twolegs. Once a cat got inside, it was trapped in there unless it had excellent endurance and climbing skills. A few stray dogs also found their way inside and live off of the garbage, rats, and cats there.
